Two Domains are Not for Sale

I reviewed the list of domains Wheatworks has taken out of its domain name pantry and has listed on the Financial Domains for Sale page. There are some great financial domains on the list such as MidCaps101.com and FinancialFormulary.com.

But today I removed two domains, Wild-Wicked-Web.com and WildWickedWeb.com, from the list of domains for sale. These two are now off the market.

Visit WildWickedWeb.com and you’ll find information about staying safe on the Internet. You can read about Antivirus Software, Anti-Spyware, Firewalls, Rootkit Protection, Security Software, and a very healthy dose of Digital Skepticism.

As I reflected on the names, today, while they make for a great “how to stay safe on the Internet” site, I can see the domain names being used for porn sites. We don’t want that so Wheatworks will keep them and continue using them as an educational site related to Internet safety. Check it out.

Real Estate Software Updated

Real Estate Calculator Suite, version 4.7.20, was released this morning by Wheatworks.com. This is a minor update with a few changes which enhances the real estate software’s visual appeal on the Vista operating system. However, it still runs on the entire spectrum of WindowsÂ® operating systems including 95, 98, 2000, XP, NT4 and Vista.

The help system has been changed from Winhelp to HTML on all systems and a minor issue related to virtual file paths has been corrected.
