Tweak Your E-mail Filters

As people must become more aggressive in their use of spam filters they approach the line between “Spam filtering is a good thing for me.” and “Oops! I’m not getting the mail I want!”

During the last few months the number of customers requesting that their order information be resent has increased. Invariably, as the matter has been explored, aggressive spam filtering has been the culprit. I’m not knocking spam filtering.
