Every company needs one. A catchy, accurate phrase that rolls off the tongue and defines for the listener what the company is about. You’ll read ours, “Financial Math Made Easy“, beside our logo on our web site at Wheatworks.com.

“Financial Math Made Easy” That, we hope, describes Wheatworks in a nutshell. Our goal is to create financial software that does the heavy mathematical lifting while you enter your numbers and get results. We want to make financial math easy by doing it for you.

The search for the perfect slogan took a little time and there were other phrases that were strong contenders in the run for adoption. Some of my favorites follow.

“We’ll Crunch Your Numbers!” I like this

It seems so obvious, but some folks in our survey didn’t understand “crunch”. While a slogan with an attitude is great, it must be understood.

“We do the math, you play with the numbers.” We heard, “finances are serious stuff so drop the ‘play’.” Okay.

An attempt at alliteration generated, “Money Math Made Easy.” Some folks didn’t understand “money math”.

“Financial Math Made Easy” it is. And it’s a great slogan. Short, catchy, accurate, memorable and obvious. Wheatworks Software, LLC - Financial Math Made Easy.
